Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of fresh or frozen pizza dough (thawed and brought to room temperature).

  • 8 oz of whole milk mozzarella

  • 4 oz of cheddar

  • 6 oz of pepperoni

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp of water

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangular shape on a floured counter top. Spread both cheeses and top with pepperoni.
  • Roll the dough slowly keeping the ingredients inside the roll. Place on greased cookie sheet or on silicone mat. Pinch the seams so the ingredients stay in during baking. Place the seem down.
  • Brush the top of the dough with an egg wash made of the one egg beaten and the 1 Tbsp of water.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing. This is delicious hot or cold. Can be stored in storage container or zip lock bag for 2-3 days.
