2 Cups Bisquick Mix
1 lb Breakfast Sausage (cooked and crumbled)
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Milk

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease or line a muffin tin.
- In a skillet, cook sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, and eggs until combined.
- Stir in cooked sausage and shredded cheese. Mix well.
- Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until muffins are golden brown and set in the center.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm.
