Cinnamon Bread

minutesThis is an easy shortcut to cinnamon swirl bread using a yellow cake mix. So easy and delicious. Don’t turn your head or your family will make it disappear.
Ingredients
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 Box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
4 Eggs
2/3 Cups Vegetable Oil
3/4 Water
- Cinnamon Flavoring Powder
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix Cake Mix, Pudding Mix, eggs, oil and water with electric mixer until smooth.
- Grease 4 mini bread pans or two large bread pans.
- Divide half the cake mixture between pans. Top with half of the cinnamon mixture. Using a toothpick, create swirl motions mixing the powder into the batter.
- Divide the rest of the cake batter on top of each pan. Add the rest of the cinnamon mixture and swirl again.
- Bake ifor 30-40 minutes until bread comes out clean with a cake tester. The time will depend on the size of bread pans you use.
