minutesTater Tot Casserole will be your new family favorite. It is the perfect any-day meal. Serve with a side salad for the perfect meal. Kids will love it too!
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 10.5 ounce can Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 cups frozen tater tots
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees f (220 degrees c)
- Heat a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in the hot skillet until the beef is browned and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and discard the grease.
- Stir in soup, ketchup and Worcestershire into the skillet. Spoon beef mixture into a 9 x 13 shallow baking dish. Arrange the tater tots on the top of the meat mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the tater tots are cooked thoroughly, about 25-30 minutes.
Notes
- If you want a creamier casserole, you can use 2 cans of cream of chicken soup.
- Any leftovers can be stored in an air-tight container for 2-3 days. Reheat in the microwave.
