This is an easy shortcut to cinnamon swirl bread using a yellow cake mix. So easy and delicious. Don’t turn your head or your family will make it disappear.

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix

  • 1 Box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix

  • 4 Eggs

  • 2/3 Cups Vegetable Oil

  • 3/4 Water

  • Cinnamon Flavoring Powder
  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix Cake Mix, Pudding Mix, eggs, oil and water with electric mixer until smooth.
  • Grease 4 mini bread pans or two large bread pans.
  • Divide half the cake mixture between pans. Top with half of the cinnamon mixture. Using a toothpick, create swirl motions mixing the powder into the batter.
  • Divide the rest of the cake batter on top of each pan. Add the rest of the cinnamon mixture and swirl again.
  • Bake ifor 30-40 minutes until bread comes out clean with a cake tester. The time will depend on the size of bread pans you use.
