This super quick meal is a go to on a busy evening. The delicious Shabu Shabu Beef Loin from Costco is an amazing cut that can be used so many ways. The delicious Japanese Barbecue Sauce which I also get at Costco adds the perfect flavor to the meat and the vegetables. This will be your new family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Beef Loin New York Shabu Shabu USDA Choice (I get it at Costco)

  • 2 Peppers – color of your choices, slided

  • 1 White Onion, sliced

  • Bottle of Japanese Barbecue Sauce

  • 2 Cups cooked White Rice

Directions

  • Cook the steak stove top in a large pan until fully cooked.
  • Add Peppers and Onions and saute for a few minutes until peppers are cooked.
  • Add enough Japanese Barbecue sauce to coat the meat and veggies
  • Serve over the steamed rice. You can add more Japanese Barbecue sauce per your taste.

Notes

  • You can add any additional vegetables you like.
