minutesThis super quick meal is a go to on a busy evening. The delicious Shabu Shabu Beef Loin from Costco is an amazing cut that can be used so many ways. The delicious Japanese Barbecue Sauce which I also get at Costco adds the perfect flavor to the meat and the vegetables. This will be your new family favorite.
Ingredients
3 lbs Beef Loin New York Shabu Shabu USDA Choice (I get it at Costco)
2 Peppers – color of your choices, slided
1 White Onion, sliced
Bottle of Japanese Barbecue Sauce
2 Cups cooked White Rice
Directions
- Cook the steak stove top in a large pan until fully cooked.
- Add Peppers and Onions and saute for a few minutes until peppers are cooked.
- Add enough Japanese Barbecue sauce to coat the meat and veggies
- Serve over the steamed rice. You can add more Japanese Barbecue sauce per your taste.
Notes
- You can add any additional vegetables you like.
