This is my favorite football game recipe. So easy to make, you can keep it warm in a small crock pot or make a double batch for a larger crowd. Only 3 easy ingredients and one pot needed to make it. Add a side of tortilla chips and it’s ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 – 16 oz tube of sausage (You can use any flavor, I used hot.)

  • 1 – 8 oz package of cream cheese

  • 1 – 10 oz can of Rotel Tomatoes and Green Chilies

  • Bag of your favorite tortilla chips for dipping

Directions

  • Cook the sausage in a pan until filly cooked, drain and set aside.
  • In the same sauce pan mix the Rotel and Cream Cheese on medium heat. Continue stirring until it is well combined.
  • Once the cream cheese is melted and the two are well combined, add the cooked sausage and stir.
  • You can either leave the dip in a sauce pan on low while service or place in a crock pot to keep warm. Serve with tortilla chips. Can be stored in refrigerator and reheated for 1-2 days.
